Terms of service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the reservation platform, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by your platform provider ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Merchants and administrators may be subject to additional agreements with the organization that deploys this software.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

• Customers may register to submit and manage bookings.
• Merchant accounts are provisioned by administrators unless self-service onboarding is enabled for your deployment.
• You must not impersonate another person or misuse another user's account.

3. Bookings and merchant relationship

Listings are offered by independent merchants. We provide software to discover listings, request reservations, and track status. The merchant—not the platform—is responsible for fulfilling approved bookings, local regulations, and customer service for their offering.

Displayed totals include listing charges and applicable platform category fees shown at checkout. Payment processing outside the Service is between you and the merchant or your organization.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Interfere with the Service, scrape data at abusive rates, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Post false listings, fraudulent bookings, or content that violates law or third-party rights.
• Harass merchants, customers, or staff supporting the platform.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, branding, and software are owned by us or our licensors. Merchants retain rights to their listing content subject to the license needed to operate the Service (display, storage, and promotion on the platform).

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee availability of any listing or merchant response time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, merchant conduct, or booking outcomes. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred (100) USD, where permitted.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or to protect the Service.
